Problem — Manufacturing with 3D print

I get lots of 3D printing requests. When I'm at school I couldn't clean the plate and send the other works, which also limits my client numbers. Then I looked at the bigger manufacturer level and found that there were not many projects doing it automatically.

Solution — Making an automated system

I started building a system where the customer sends their project and the automation makes the assumptions — like how much it will cost and how long it's going to take. After the payment, the file is sent to the machine and it starts printing it.

Challenge — Handling corrupted files

Since my past clients sent me so many corrupted files that I couldn't fix, I asked them to send a specific file format. But to make it bigger for mass use, it needs to be fool-proof. So I added specific messages when a file is sent — for wall-thickness problems, file size, print-plate size exceeded, and file formats.
